The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating is a food guide for Australia, produced by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. The National Health and Medical Research Council has produced dietary guidelines for children, adolescents and adults. These guidelines are similar to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating, however contain more detailed information about specific nutrients and foods recommended over the lifespan. - Go for 2&5® Campaign
Go for 2&5® is an Australian Government, State and Territory public education campaign. This website contains useful information about the benefits of fruit and vegetables, ways to eat more fruit and vegetables and a number of simple recipes.
